Have you ever needed a little extra money for your youth development program or project? Here is a little mini-grant opportunity for you and your group!

Youth development grants are available to schools, community groups, or individuals who are committed to providing alternatives to underage drinking and to promoting positive youth development. After receiving the application, the funding committee reviews them and makes a decision. Those who receive a grant are required to fill out a progress form to inform the grantors about the success of the event or program.

In the past the following projects or programs have been approved for funding:

• Ropes course participation
• Hobby Days at school
• Trip to a youth leadership training
• Game night for college students
• Teen dances
• Family nights
• After-Prom parties
